Half a kg is gone after 20 hours of moody sleep,
not happy, not happy then sleep lorh. Ha. :)

I had a cup of coffee with dad an hour ago, just reached home yeh.

I am thinking of my breakfast right now, 
Haha.

Breakfast:
One Slice of Wholemeal or Whitemeal bread
One Banana
One Packet of Alene Concentrate ( Chocolate flavour )
*I must have that concentrated milk, Haha. I have to say no to osteoporosis, calcium intake please! 

Lunch:
One wedge of Papaya
Bittergourd with Egg + my favorite tomato sauce
*That's my all time favourite, papa's superb dish. :)

Dinner:
3/4 Green Apple (my habit of bitting just 3/4 of whole.
Carrot and Cumber sticks
Cereal Drink

3/4 of my body is made up of fruits,
I need to have at least 3 kinds of fruits everyday,
especially apple and banana, I don't like orange. 
Another 1/4 is made up of bread,
I can't live without bread..
especially..... the sides of bread, bread peel?
Haha. Gonna quit that bad habit though, it's time to learn eating whole piece,
eating just the sides is not the right way.

Oh, well..
Of course I'll eat more when I dance for ballet,
and when I'm like having outing with my husband BOO we'll like hunt for food and eat,
and also.. I tend to eat more now adays, just that I feel like eating those tomorrow.
I'll eat things that I like then go practice those ballet footwork and jump non stop, 
as in my 200 jumping jacks and star jumps. 


I am weighing 38.7 kg now, 
lets see how much weight do I gain tomorrow.
It'll probably hit 39.4-5 kg. 





Hi to that someone who's complaining about his weight months ago,
have you been eating right and doing those runnings?
